Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to PTZ Shot Director purchases and subscriptions made through Shot Sync Labs and our billing provider, Lemon Squeezy.

General policy

Because PTZ Shot Director is digital software delivered immediately after purchase or trial activation, purchases and subscription charges are generally non-refundable.

Case-by-case exceptions

In limited circumstances, Shot Sync Labs may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Approval is at our sole discretion and may depend on factors such as duplicate charges, billing errors, failure to deliver access, or similar exceptional situations.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Lemon Squeezy subscription management flow. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for charges already processed.

Trial period

PTZ Shot Director currently includes a 7-day free trial. We encourage customers to use that trial period to verify system compatibility, VISCA camera behavior, and workflow fit before the first paid billing cycle begins.

Legal rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law. Where a refund is required by law, we will honor those obligations.
