These Terms of Service govern your use of the Shot Sync Labs website and PTZ Shot Director. By using the website, beginning a trial, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use this website and purchase or use PTZ Shot Director.
Software and subscription
PTZ Shot Director is offered as a subscription software product. The current pricing shown on this website is $4.99 per month after any stated trial period, unless updated by Shot Sync Labs. We may change pricing for future billing periods as permitted by applicable law and our billing provider.
Billing and merchant of record
Payments, subscription management, and related billing workflows are handled by Lemon Squeezy. By purchasing through Lemon Squeezy, you may also be subject to Lemon Squeezy's terms, privacy practices, and billing processes.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Lemon Squeezy subscription management flow. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for prior charges unless required by law or separately approved.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In general, digital software purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or when Shot Sync Labs approves an exception in its sole discretion.
License scope
Each active subscription license is valid for one machine. You may not share, resell, sublicense, lease, or distribute the software except as expressly permitted in writing by Shot Sync Labs.
Compatibility and user responsibility
You are responsible for verifying that your system and hardware are compatible before purchase or continued use. PTZ Shot Director is intended for Windows 10 and Windows 11, 64-bit systems. VISCA-compatible PTZ control is required for supported camera workflows, and vMix is required for sequence auto transitions.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the software or website, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the software except where non-waivable law permits it, or use the product in violation of applicable law.
Intellectual property
The website, software, branding, interface designs, screenshots, text, and related materials are owned by Shot Sync Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Third-party products and trademarks
PTZ Shot Director may work alongside third-party products and services such as vMix, Bitfocus Companion, Elgato Stream Deck, and Lemon Squeezy. Shot Sync Labs is not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies unless expressly stated. All third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Support and updates
Basic support and software updates are included with an active subscription. We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the software or support offering at any time, provided such changes are handled in a commercially reasonable manner.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and software are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shot Sync Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the website or software. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the website or software if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or create legal or operational risk for Shot Sync Labs.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted on this page unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the website or software after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
